As part of Ashill School PTFA, Alive is a self-funding charitable organisation created especially to open up new creative learning opportunities for both the school and the local community to be available to all, of all ages at a minimum cost.

The aim of Alive is to eventually offer not just music, but art, dance and drama tuition and workshops, to benefit the whole community. Following generous donations we now have enough funding to proceed with our pilot schemes with confidence.

Alive will:
Support the musical development of Ashill School by supplementing ( not replacing) the tuition offered by the school and offering opportunities to play our instruments together.

Empower us as a community; we choose what we would like to learn

Do contact Sophy (alive@ashill.net) for information or to let her know if you are interested in joining the Alive events or if you have any questions or suggestions. We hope to offer all sorts of workshops in the future, so if you would like to offer your time to help run one, do contact us.

All our tutors have insurance and an enhanced level criminal record disclosure
